Tips to Energise!

  • Start the day with breakfast – this helps to boost energy levels and metabolism. 
  • Drink plenty of water – water helps to hydrate! 
  • Limit the amount of caffeine you drink. 
  • Try not to miss out on meals in the day. 
  • Make sure your diet includes plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. 
  • Use coconut and olive oil wherever possible. 
  • Keep your sugar intake as low as possible. 
  • Make sure you eat enough protein daily. 
  • Don’t overeat at meal times. 
  • Make sure you get enough iron in your diet. 
  • Get enough sleep! (7-8 hours sleep per night.) 
  • Try to minimise stress levels! 
  • Lose excess weight. 
  • Exercise daily.
